Aerial and Mat-Based practices: To ensure your space in all classes and allow the appropriate time needed to set up equipment, we require that all practitioners register online at least 2 hours prior to class.

Since space is limited and classes will be locked for registration 2 hours prior to class, we ask that you text us at 678.922.4880 to ensure there is space available for you before coming to class. If you are on a wait list, you will be automatically notified if space becomes available. Note that the wait list is set up for first response, so please respond promptly if you want to attend.

Workshops: For all workshops, we require that all practitioners register at least 3 days prior to the workshop date. This is to ensure that your space is held and allow us time to purchase materials and supplies, when necessary.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to all classes.

If you have a mat, yes, please bring it to all classes. If not, we do have yoga mats that you may utilize at the studio. All other props, to include hammocks, are provided by The Yoga Kula Collective.

Please wear fitted, stretch clothing that you feel comfortable in. No shoes are necessary in any yoga practices.

For Aerial, we ask that you please wear attire that cover the back of the knees, armpits, and torso. DO NOT wear anything with zippers or buttons. We also ask that you please remove all jewelry prior to practicing Aerial. Rings, earrings, watches, and bracelets can snag the hammock fabric.

In addition, we ask that you please avoid applying any lotions prior to Aerial classes, as this can also cause damage to the hammock.

You are welcome to sit or observe floating savasana prior to class. There will be no inverting, standing, climbing, or any other actions in the hammock without teacher supervision.

We recommend that you do not have food or drink at least 2 hours prior to class. Water is always ok and we advise you to drink plenty of water prior, during, and after class. Non-breakable, non-spillable water bottles are permitted in class.

We strictly enforce a 2-person minimum for all yoga classes and workshops. If we do not have the minimum participation required 2 hours prior to class, then the class will be canceled. Any session fees paid prior to the cancelation of classes will be credited to your account for later use.

We understand that life happens and ask that you please give us a 2-hour notice if you need to cancel your attendance. Failure to do so will result in a $5.00 no-show fee, depending on your membership status.

For all workshops, we require at least 24-hour notice for cancellation. Canceling a workshop will result in a partial refund only.

We ask that you check with your doctor prior to class, to ensure that being in any inverted poses is right for you.
