Aerial Yoga
Discover the joy of yoga, while building strength, flexibility, and confidence in our most requested experience. This class covers everything from foundational poses to exciting inversions. Perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
Glow Flow
Get ready to glow in the dark while you flow, fly & move! This unique style class is a fun addition to our Aerial Yoga or Yoga experiences.
Mat Yoga
Experience a personalized yoga journey tailored to your group’s energy. From invigorating Vinyasa to soothing Slow Flow, we’ve got you covered.
Restore & Meditate
Immerse yourself in a world of tranquility. Our restorative yoga class and guided meditation will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.
Wine & Flow
We partner with Classic Market in Senoia, GA to provide a bit of wine tasting in this experience. This can be combined with either our Aerial Yoga or Yoga experience.
What’s Included
• A custom class experience tailored to your group’s requests
• Time set aside for group photos at the end of class
• A dedicated instructor guiding you along the way. Larger parties may have an assistant teacher as well
• Yoga mats, blankets and blocks can be provided if needed
Pricing
Pricing varies depending on the type of party your group selects.
The minimum cost is $245, which covers the first 7 guests, and $35 each additional guest.
• For Aerial Parties: We do require a minimum of 5 people with a maximum of 9 guests.
• For Mat Based Parties: We do require a minimum of 5 people with a maximum of 20 guests.
• Total time is anywhere between 60 minutes to 90 minutes.
To reserve your date, we require a non-refundable $50 deposit which will be applied to your package total. The balance will be charged 24 hours prior to your event. To get started, submit your request below and we’ll be in touch!
*AFTER HOURS PARTY FEE: Parties booked after 8:30 pm or later on Friday, 8 pm or later on Saturdays and at 5 pm or later on Sundays will incur a $50 late party fee.
